Welding is one of the final steps in the production process, following the cutting and processing of the part by bending and/or stamping.
We can handle the robotic welding of complex assemblies made up of a large number of components for various applications, from medical to catering.
Robotic Welding
Rizzato’s welding department is composed of different welding technologies such as TIG / MIG / PLASMA / LASER and different levels of automation of the technologies present, from the most automated to manual spot welding. This allows us to process different types of metals such as stainless steel 304, 316 and 430 and iron for painting or enamelling. Our technologies also allow us to weld a range of processes from large production batches to those requiring greater versatility as well as precision and meticulous attention to detail. The department is equipped with a total of four robotic welding systems, two TIG robots and two fibre laser welding islands. There are also linear positioners for TIG welding, TIG/MIG/PLASMA/LASER welding machines and tackers.
Within our department, we can guarantee different welds for different purposes, both aesthetic and structural. We also specialise in the welding of components that require tightness, which we are able to guarantee by conducting tightness tests in-house on all parts that require it.

Thanks to our know-how, also in welding technology, we are able to accompany the customer in the design of the assembly to be produced and in the choice of the most suitable material and type of welding to obtain the desired result, taking into consideration what the finish and final use of the product should be. In fact, the type of welding varies according to the function that the finished product will have; it may be more aesthetic or more functional, or both. Our technicians will be able to advise you on the most suitable solution for your needs.
