STEEL ASSEMBLY AND PRODUCTION OF FINISHED PRODUCTS
Rizzato also has an assembly department. Should the customer require it, we can supply the various components assembled to make up the required assembly.
In addition to the steel assembly of various small parts and components, we are able to handle bonding with product types required by the specifications provided in the design phase. Rizzato can also assemble components of different materials, possibly coordinating with other customer suppliers in order to deliver a complete product.
Standard High
As in the other processes within Rizzato, we also ensure a high standard in assembly operations through targeted quality control supported by equipment such as jigs or jigs manufactured in-house and tailored to the part, in order to maintain the tolerances specified in the original design and to provide a defect-free product ready for use or further processing in the customer’s production lines.
