Quality Control

The quality management system is one of the fundamental themes at Rizzato and is understood across the board. It starts with the quality of the raw materials, through the production process and workmanship, and ends with the finished product.

Quality First

The quality management system starts right from the inspection for acceptance of the raw materials to be used in production. Using advanced technologies, the chemical composition and surface finish of incoming materials are analysed in order to guarantee the customer that the agreed material specifications are met.
It then continues with checks carried out during each stage of the production process, constantly monitoring dimensional and aesthetic requirements to verify the exact execution of each part. This ensures that each operation carried out complies with Rizzato’s high standards, allowing subsequent operations to run smoothly in order to guarantee a finished product free of any defects and compliant with the customer’s requirements.

Rizzato also has a Hexagon Global S coordinate measuring machine to complement its quality management system. This technology allows the measurement of any piece produced in order to ensure that everything conforms to the original design agreed with the customer. In order to guarantee precise and constant measurements, the measuring machine is placed in a dedicated room with a controlled and constant temperature to avoid even the smallest variations in the surface on which the part to be measured is placed, thus guaranteeing maximum precision.
